PokerStars Ambassador Ben “Spraggy” Spragg

Wins His 1st WCOOP Title on Day 1 of WCOOP 2020

After finishing 9th in Event 05-H: $530 NLHE [8-Max, Turbo, Progressive KO, Freezeout, Sunday Cooldown SE] for more than $5k, PokerStars ambassador Ben “Spraggy” Spragg bested 12,192 entrants to take down the Low version of that same event to capture his first-ever WCOOP (World Championship Of Online Poker) title and $4,349.41 in prize money.

Spraggy live-streamed his victory on Twitch so fans could follow along with his action, but starting today, PokerStars will provide cards-up coverage on its Twitch and YouTube channels. This marks the first time that WCOOP events will be broadcast with cards-up coverage.

PokerStars will also make a selection of final table replays available on its Twitch channel.

WCOOP 2020 features $80 million in guaranteed prize pools across 75 events that all have low, medium and high stakes buy-ins. Buy-ins start as low as $2.20 and satellites offer players a way to win their way into WCOOP events.

WCOOP runs until September 23.
