Chino Rheem – If You Don’t Understand Him You Can Go F*** Yourself

Rheem claims he knew about freeroll all along.

World Poker Tour Champion, the controversial Chino Rheem, spoke to Cardplayer Magazine this week to clear up some misconceptions about his missing the $15,000 2014 World Poker Tour Championship.

Maybe you remember, F5Poker first reported that Rheem, the defending 2013 champion, skipped the $5M guaranteed tournamen, held last month at the Borgata. The problem being, for him, is that it was a total freeroll that – it sure looked like to everyone- he totally just forgot about.

Well Rheem is speaking out, saying that he knew about the freeroll all along and that he decided to attend the self-help fad Choice Center, rather than take the trip to NJ.

I certainly didn’t forget about it. I had my own things going on in my life that I decided to skip that tournament for. That’s basically it. Obviously, if I am going to skip a freeroll in the WPT Championship people need to know that I am working on myself and trying to make my life better. If anyone can’t understand it, they can go f—k themselves…If people must know, I skipped it to do the Choice Center.

That’s all he has to say about that. There’s more to the interview though, so if you want to check out all the lead-in questions, go read the full text over at Cardplayer.
